Rugby History: Troubador, from the Tate Rugby Factory, snagged by him after Clayton caught his eye on National U17 and U19 squads. After fuor years with the Vikes, Clayton took a hiatus from the game before returning to CW last season.

Career Notes

CW is the fortunate recipient of Daumer's return to a sport he dearly loves. Further, we are blessed in that he seems to have matured physically during this layoff and has been hardened by a stint in Kiwiland.....although still a lightweight for a lock, he more than makes up for it with his fitness, desire and work ethic. Clay has also contributed to the game, coaching CW's U17's to an Island Championship and BC Runners Up in 2010. In all, he is a "bonzer" club guy and a respected player both by team mates and opposition. Now he seems ensconced in Victoria, he looks like being the CW beanpole for a concerted attack at The Prize. You beauty, Clayton!
